The general terms and conditions of the TOSN.eu online store (hereinafter referred to as the "online store") are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), based on GZS recommendations and international codes for e-commerce. The owner, administrator, and manager of the online store is KULER d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "provider").
The content of the General Terms relates to the terms of use of the contents and services in the online store. The General Terms apply to all pages and subpages of the online store. If you do not agree with the general terms, we kindly ask you not to make purchases through our online store. With each purchase made through our online store, it is considered that you are familiar with the entire content of the general terms and that you fully agree with them. The terms are regularly updated and accessible to everyone. The provider does not commit to the accuracy and completeness of the data on the pages of the online store, nor does it commit to the correctness and completeness of textual, image, and sound material.
The TOSN.eu online store allows the purchase of its products online and is freely accessible on the internet. The online store presents products and information about them as well as product prices.
The General Terms are intended to inform customers of the basic conditions and procedures for purchasing in the TOSN.eu online store.

ORDER SUBMISSION
Upon registration in the online store, the visitor obtains a username and password, which they choose themselves. The username and password clearly identify the user and link them with the entered data. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and gains the right to purchase. Registration is not mandatory for purchasing; visitors can make purchases without registration - as guests.
SENT IMMEDIATELY!
All ordered items are usually handed over to the DPD the next working day, but no later than the second working day after placing the order. If you need the ordered items faster, you can indicate this in the order notes (valid for orders placed on a working day before 15:00). We are not responsible for any delays by the DPDa in delivering to your address.
In case the product is out of stock and will require waiting, we will inform you of this by email.
Availability of information
The provider is committed to providing the customer with the following information at all times:
- the identity of the company (name and headquarters, registration number),
- contact details that allow the user for quick and effective communication (email, phone),
- essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and warranties),
- availability of items (each item or service offered on the website should be accessible within a reasonable time),
- terms of delivery of items or execution of services (method, place, and delivery time),
- all prices must be clearly and unambiguously specified and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and shipping costs,
- method of payment and delivery,
- time validity of the offer,
- the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, also information on whether and how much it costs the customer to return an item,
- explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service.
Ordering
Ordering takes place via the internet 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The customer selects and orders products available in the online store, sorted into categories. Orders are accepted through the online store purchase or via email info@tosn.eu
Email orders to info@tosn.eu must include: the name and surname of the recipient/payer, street, postal code and place, contact phone number, and email address, item name, and any other necessary specifications such as color, size, and more.
After placing an order in the online store or via email, the customer receives a notification by email that the order has been accepted. It specifies the products and quantities selected by the customer. Accepted orders are treated as irrevocable and will be processed. If you wish to withdraw from the order, please notify us no later than three hours after placing the order at the email address info@tosn.eu
The TOSN.eu online store reserves the right to refuse an order if it determines that it cannot be executed under the given conditions and with the data it has. If the customer has already paid in advance, the entire amount, including delivery costs, will be refunded the next working day.
Payment Methods
The provider allows the following payment methods:
- cash on delivery in the case of cash on delivery, you hand the cash to the courier and DPD will make the payment for you. When paying cash on delivery, an additional fee will be charged according to DPD's price list. WARNING: When selecting the payment method "Cash on delivery," a fee of 1.5 EUR for the payment will be charged by DPD.
- by bank transfer to the account of Kuler d.o.o. upon offer/proforma invoice; in the case of payment to the bank account, you will receive a notification with all relevant account details for making the transfer upon purchase. Do not make any payment until you receive an email confirmation.
- for purchases over 50.00 EUR, Kuler d.o.o. covers the delivery costs, regardless of whether the customer chooses cash on delivery or payment by proforma invoice.
Prices
All product prices are marked in euros (EUR) and include 22% VAT. The listed prices are valid at the time of order placement and apply until the publication of a new price list. Prices apply only for purchases in the TOSN.eu online store. The price does not include delivery unless your one-time purchase exceeds 50.00 EUR.
VAT payers or customers at their express request must provide their tax number upon purchase. This should be noted in the order comments.
The purchase agreement between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment when the provider confirms the order (the customer receives an email). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the customer.
The provider - TOSN.eu online store strives to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the data published on its pages. However, product characteristics, delivery times, and prices may change so quickly that the provider may not be able to correct the data on the web pages simultaneously. In such a case, the customer will be informed of the changes and allowed to withdraw or exchange the ordered item.
Product Returns
The customer has the right to notify the seller (at the contact email info@tosn.eu) within 30 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract without having to state the reason for their decision. The only cost incurred by the customer in relation to withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 15 days from the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The received goods must be returned undamaged, in unchanged quantity, and in original packaging, unless the goods are destroyed, spoiled, lost, or their quantity has decreased without the consumer being at fault. The provider is not obliged to accept shipments with cash on delivery or shipments that do not comply with the provider's general terms of business. Upon receiving unused, undamaged goods in unchanged quantity and in original packaging, we will refund the payments made to the customer's bank account in accordance with the law (as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receiving the goods). When returning goods, please also provide us with the invoice for the goods and personal information along with the transaction account where you wish the payment to be returned.
Warranty
Items come with a warranty if stated on the warranty slip or invoice. The warranty is valid under the conditions stated on the warranty slip and upon presentation of the invoice. Warranty periods are indicated on the warranty slips or on the invoice. Information about the warranty is also stated on the product presentation page.
If information about the warranty is not available, the item does not have a warranty, or the information is not currently known. In such a case, the customer can contact the provider, who will provide up-to-date information.
Warranty ceases to be valid in the case of:
- defects arising from improper use, negligent behavior, mechanical damage, and defects due to force majeure (voltage surge, lightning....)
- if an unauthorized person has interfered with the product or it is determined that someone has interfered with the product without our written permission
- changes to the product, including unprofessional additions of structural components
- using other elements that do not originally belong to the product.
Strikethrough Prices
All strikethrough prices in the online store are recommended prices from our suppliers. Unless it is indicated that it is a promotion or reduction of our price.
Delivery Times
All shipments sent on a working day, no later than 15:00, are usually dispatched the same day. In the case of payment by proforma invoice, it is considered that the payment is confirmed on the company's account until 14:00. The delivery time for products in stock is usually 2-5 days. If the delivery time is exceptionally longer, we will inform you within 24 hours.
For products that are not in stock, the delivery time varies greatly and can range from 4 days to 30 days or even longer in exceptional cases. We import products from Germany, Spain, England, or third countries, and therefore the delivery time for some items may be longer. We suggest that you contact us at info@tosn.eu when ordering products that are not in stock.
We will gladly inform you how long you need to wait for the desired product. We ship articles upon order. Delivery for the TOSN.eu online store is carried out by DPD. For purchases over 50.00 EUR, the online store TOSN.eu covers the delivery costs
Disclaimer
The provider strives to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the data published on its pages to the best of its ability. However, product characteristics, delivery times, and prices may change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the data on the web pages simultaneously. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer of the changes and allow them to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered item. The provider is not responsible for the content of opinions about items written by visitors. The provider reviews opinions before publication and rejects those that contain obvious inaccuracies, are misleading, or offensive. The provider is not responsible for the information in opinions and disclaims any liability arising from the information in opinions. Although the provider strives to provide accurate photographs of the products for sale, all photographs should be considered symbolic. Photographs do not guarantee product characteristics. The provider reserves the right to change the terms of business at any time and in any manner, regardless of the reason and without prior notice.
Complaints and Disputes
The provider respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider strives to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in case of problems, the customer can contact by phone or email. Complaints can be submitted via the email address info@tosn.eu. The complaint handling process is confidential. The provider is aware that a fundamental characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least regarding judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the provider strives to resolve any disputes amicably to the best of its ability.
Notification
The provider may send notifications about current offers to its customers via email once, but no more than twice a month.
