We are confident in the quality of our products, so we also allow you to return the product within 14 days if you are not satisfied, and we will refund the full purchase price! Within 14 days of receiving the goods, you can inform us (at the contact email address info@tosn.eu) that you are withdrawing from the contract without having to provide a reason for your decision.



How the product return works

It's very simple and takes place in 4 easy steps.
 1) Email us at info@tosn.eu to let us know which product you want to return.
 2) Wait for our response and fill out the form with all the necessary information and instructions for returning the product.
 3) Send the products to the address or wait for our courier to pick up your package.
 4) Wait, and... within 15 days of receiving your product, we will refund your money or exchange the product for another - the decision is yours. :)


IMPORTANT!
The provider is not obliged to accept shipments with cash on delivery or shipments that do not comply with the provider's general terms and conditions. Upon receiving unused, undamaged goods in the original quantity and packaging, we will refund the payments made to the buyer's bank account in accordance with the law (as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receiving the goods). When returning the goods, please provide us with the invoice for the goods, personal information, and the bank account where you want the payment to be refunded.

The return of goods is only possible by mail.

The only cost incurred by the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller within 15 days of the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The received goods must be undamaged, in the original quantity, and in the original packaging, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost, or the quantity has decreased without the consumer being at fault.
